Equity Labs remains committed to facilitating and creating organizational change through critical reflection, policy development, and culture building.
Our Team
Led by Executive Director Dr. Shetal Vohra-Gupta, Equity Labs is a space where research meets practice, where ideas become action, and where communities—both on and off campus—feel supported in driving change. Equity Labs is comprised of a team of facilitators with cross-industry expertise and decades of facilitation experience. Equity Labs focuses on inclusive, evidence-informed work that supports long-term transformation, both within institutions and in the broader public sphere.
Equity Labs grew out of the Colorado Women’s College's mission to imagine an equitable world through perspective-shifting and educational experiences that activate lasting change. Equity Labs was acquired by the Graduate School of Social Work in 2020. Today, Equity Labs’ approach incorporates cross-industry, research-backed information vetted by faculty and staff from a leading R1 university, the University of Denver.
