Amber McDonald, LCSW, PhD, is the director of behavioral health initiatives at Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care. She has an extensive practice background in forensic social work and child welfare. Specifically, McDonald has expertise in forensic interviewing, expert testimony in both criminal and civil cases, trauma interventions and assessments, coordination and implementation of trauma-informed care initiatives, program development and program evaluation. Her research is focused on assessment and intervention strategies with young people who are involved in trading/selling sex.
