	<li>Identify the major drivers of change</li>
	<li>Identify and manage responses to change among people in the organization</li>
	<li>Plan for the process of effective organizational change</li>
	<li>Identify the key leadership issues in managing change</li>
	<li>Identify and implement practical strategies likely to bring about effective organizational change</li>
	<li>Define what change is and what transformation is in an organization</li>
	<li>Develop strategies for dealing with both rapid and slow change</li>
	<li>Analyze the concepts of chaos</li>
	<li>Create a chaordic organization for “best practices” of organizational change and transformation</li>
