R.O.C.K. Mat-Su Implementation Project
The Butler Organizational Development & Capacity Building Team aims to provide facilitation for a Theory of Change with R.O.C.K. Mat-Su and their partners and provide technical assistance and project management to guide implementation of interventions and related activities as identified through the Theory of Change.
The Butler team is partnering with Raising Our Children with Kindness (R.O.C.K.) Mat-Su, a cross-sector collaborative, during 2018 to provide implementation assistance to improve family contact for children in foster care. Butler's Organizational Development & Capacity Building team will conduct a Theory of Change and provide technical assistance and project management of implementation steps to strengthen the provision of family contact services for children in out-of-home placement in Alaska's Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Representatives from R.O.C.K. Mat-Su, the South Central Office of Children's Services, and tribal, community and judicial stakeholders will work together to implement recommendations stemming from a Butler evaluation conducted in 2017.
