Anna has spent her career working for child- and family-serving organizations, gradually moving from administrative work to research and evaluation. She excels at both, seeing the big picture and drilling down to details. Her education and experience have given her the analytical skills to both understand data and communicate the “why” (the story) behind findings. Anna knows using a mixed-methods approach leads to fuller understanding of the issue at hand. Anna works primarily on research and evaluation projects related to the child welfare workforce.
