On May 16, 2019, The Center for Housing and Homelessness Research (CHHR) brought together a wide array of community members to explore the question of how to solve homelessness and housing insecurity through innovative approaches such as universal basic incomes, tiny homes, accessory dwelling units, and funding affordable housing with empty-home taxes.
