Career Platforms

Learning to navigate job boards and other career platforms is an important step in your career development journey. Learn about and register for each career platform.

The Field Database is maintained by the GSSW Field Office. Please visit the field page for more information.

Professional Associations

Maintain relevant professional memberships and build a network of colleagues to assist you as you move from student to graduate.

While it is important for every social worker to stay connected to others within the profession, there are many associations and organizations to consider. Keep your specific career path and professional needs in mind as you select organizations where you can both grow professionally and contribute to the organization.

Identity-Based Career Resources

This growing list of identity-based career resources can be utilized by students and graduates who identify with a specific identity and/or intersecting identities as they work through their job search process and beyond.

As the GSSW Career Service Office connects with additional resources and tools, they will be added. If you have insight into an additional resource that has been helpful to you, please share it with gssw.careers@du.edu so that it can be promoted to all GSSW students and alumni.
