What I do

I am currently an evaluation specialist with the University of Colorado's School of Public Health. I help coalitions across the state evaluate their local policy and systems change initiatives.

Professional Biography

I grew up in Gig Harbor, WA. I graduated from Western State College of Colorado in 2004. Shortly after, I moved to Durango, CO and have been in the southwest corner of the state ever since. I currently reside in Mancos, CO. I am passionate about all-things systems change and community organizing--getting to the root of social issues and using the power of community to address those. I am an avid mountain biker, and parent to an amazing 10 year old son. I have happily settled into my body as a trans non-binary individual.

Research

I am involved in various research projects, mostly around collective impact, systems change, policy work, community organizing, and systems of power. My current project is researching the best practices/core competencies around training a trainer on policy and systems change at the local level.
