Professional Biography

My Ngoc To (she/hers) received an MSW with a specialization in Trauma Work at Simmons University and a Bachelors in Neuroscience from Harvard University. Prior to her MSW, To worked for several years at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion in Cambridge, MA, where she where she coordinated clinical trials integrating mindfulness programs into community health centers. To has also served as a mindfulness instructor for four years, teaching in a variety of settings that include college campuses, healthcare clinics, community centers and virtual platforms. Her research interests center on understanding how mindfulness may help communities heal from intergenerational and historical trauma.
