Tony Mack
Professional Biography
Tony Mack is the Leadership Development Training Team Lead with the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute (NCWWI). He provides leadership coaching, training, technical assistance and organizational consulting to State and County child welfare agencies throughout the country. Tony began his career with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families- Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P). During his tenure with DCP&P, he held numerous positions; from caseworker, trainer to manager. Prior to joining NCWWI, Tony was the Associate Program Manager for Organizational Leadership and Development with the Rutgers University- School of Social Work- Institute for Families. Tony holds a Masters in Human Services degree from Lincoln University specializing in program development and received his professional coaching certification through the Academy of Creative Coaching.
