Integrating for Equity Collaborative
This evaluation aims to identify how data integration impacts the coordination and delivery of social, health, and behavioral health services, and explores how families with young children (birth to age two) experience the coordination of services.
This project uses a mixed-methods approach to evaluate family and service provider experiences of a multiagency data integration effort in Boulder County, Colorado. This project will assess efforts of Integration for Equality Collaborative partners to integrate data across health, behavioral health and social service systems so that children birth to two years can better access and receive needed services.
