Professional Biography
Juntae Park, LMSW, graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia with a certificate in Gerontology. After earning an MSW, he worked as a hospice social worker, where he navigated financial assistance programs to support caregivers of patients with terminal illnesses. Other than hospice social work, Juntae worked in various aging settings, such as nursing homes, a long-term care facility, and a home health agency. His research includes hospice social work, community engagement, healthcare accessibility, and equity among older ethnic minorities. During his spare time, Juntae enjoys mountain-related activities, such as skiing and hiking.
