What I do
As part of GSSW Student Affairs, I serve as the primary academic advisor for online MSW students and connect all GSSW students with resources. My passion lies in empowering students to find their unique strengths and interests while they explore the world of social work. I enjoy demystifying complex systems, making processes smoother for students, and supporting equitable and inclusive policies and procedures.
Professional Biography
Krislyn O'Sullivan is a Senior Professional Advisor at GSSW, where she supports MSW students with academic advising needs and connection to resources. She holds an MSW and clinical licensure. She has worked in different areas of social work, including within the hospital setting and as a school-based therapist. Krislyn leverages her extensive field experience to enhance her advising practice, guiding new social workers as they embark on their professional journeys. She enjoys fostering a supportive and enriching environment, where aspiring social workers can thrive and pursue their goals with confidence.
