What I do

At the University of Denver, my role is as a field liaison, where I support students to have successful and meaningful internship experiences. I also have worked with children and families as a therapist and supervisor of therapists for over 17 years, and am passionate about helping children overcome adversity and develop strong mental wellness.

Professional Biography

Rachel has worked in community mental health with children and families for most of her career and currently provides child and family therapy in a private practice setting. She is trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, Synergetic Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and other models tailored to children. She has provided supervision to master's-level therapists and students and served as a field liaison within the Graduate School of Social Work.
