Professional Biography

Chloe first identified her aptitude for and fascination with applied research during her time at the University of Denver as an undergraduate research assistant in psychology. She strives for her values of equity and social progress to guide her professional endeavors. Chloe is passionate about empowering historically disadvantaged communities by utilizing a culturally congruent approach to research and program evaluation. In her role at Butler, she is fine-tuning her strengths and interests by evaluating the capacity-building efforts of tribal child welfare organizations to ultimately enhance the effectiveness of these initiatives. In her spare time, you can find Chloe hiking and camping in the Colorado Rocky Mountains or relaxing in her hammock at Denver’s Cheesman Park.
