The Butler Institute for Families is a nationally recognized human services institute focused on research, evaluation and organizational resiliency. Butler holds a deep understanding of how to work with state and local agencies, tribal partners, judicial partners, community partners, and other collaborators to improve organizational and workforce development, culture and climate.
Using an equity, diversity and inclusion lens and implementation science, Butler has successfully conducted research and program evaluation, organizational improvement, workforce development and program implementation projects in the areas of child welfare, early childhood care and education, tribal initiatives, behavioral health and juvenile justice.
