Mais Al-Nima

Mais Al-Nima, MA, 
is a research associate at Butler, where she leads qualitative evaluation efforts across multiple training initiatives. She also serves on Butler’s coaching team, providing both coaching and training to support professional growth and organizational effectiveness. With a strong foundation in sociology, Mais brings a systems‑informed lens to her work, connecting individual lived experiences with the broader structures that shape them. She has worked as a coach since 2020, specializing in career, professional, and academic development. In 2024, she completed her professional coach training and is currently pursuing accreditation through the International Coaching Federation.
