Leadership Development

Based in the NCWWI Leadership Academy, this academy is designed to build and support leadership skills critical for the success of  human service program supervisors, managers and directors. 

A 360° assessment is a method for providing leaders feedback on their leadership behaviors from those who work closely with them; typically, supervisors, peers, and direct reports. Through surveys, leaders are provided qualitative and quantitative information to help guide their leadership development. 

Our executive coaching is designed to help executives, senior leaders, and others enhance their leadership skills, achieve personal and professional goals and drive organizational success. Our ICF-certified coaches guide individuals in leadership roles, with the goal of unlocking the individual's full potential and maximizing their performance.

Our skilled trainers with expertise in group clinical supervision models can provide supervisors training, transfer of learning, and implementation support. We can assess your organizational needs around supervision and state requirements for licensure, implement a group clinical supervision model, and implement a Coaching for Inclusive Leadership Program (CILP) to support licensure pathways. Some components we can provide include case consultation process, critical self-reflection, collaborative critical inquiry, and collaborative decision making. 

The Intercultural Development Inventory®, or IDI®, is a theory-based, reliable, comprehensive and cross-culturally validated assessment instrument that assesses intercultural competence along a developmental continuum. The assessment provides group and individualized results regarding capacity to connect and bridge cultures. The IDI provides individualized Intercultural Development Plans (IDP) to support growth along this continuum.
