Kavitha Kailasam

Kavitha has worked in stakeholder engagement and capacity building in a variety of content areas across diverse settings, including the business, government, and nonprofit sectors, locally and internationally. Her experience includes community engagement, youth prevention and intervention program design and management, educational resource and curriculum development, group and community learning facilitation, and program assessment and technical assistance for continuous quality improvement. Kavitha holds a master’s degree from the University of Denver, is a Trained Professional Coach certified through Butler’s Academy for Professional Coaching, and is a Colorado Certified Prevention Specialist II administered by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium. Outside of work, Kavi loves cooking for friends and family, finding any excuse to spend time in the outdoors, and traveling to explore our world and meet new and old friends, wherever they may be.
