Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, you should be able to:

• Describe the nature and significance of change in the organization
• Identify the major drivers of change
• Identify and manage responses to change among people in the organization
• Plan for the process of effective organizational change
• Identify the key leadership issues in managing change
• Identify and implement practical strategies likely to bring about effective organizational change
• Define what change is and what transformation is in an organization
• Develop strategies for dealing with both rapid and slow change
• Analyze the concepts of chaos
• Create a chaordic organization for “best practices” of organizational change and transformation
