Tennessee Code Ann. § 16-20-106

(a)  A victim-offender mediation center may raise and disburse funds from any public or private source for the purposes of this chapter.

(b)  A center's share of funding from the state shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the approved estimated cost of the program; provided, that during the first three (3) years of operation for any new center, the fifty percent (50%) limitation upon funding from the state shall not apply.
