Professional Biography

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a career centered on building programs, fostering community collaboration, leading teams and implementing large-scale systems change. Much of my career has been focused on homelessness resolution, where I have served in a variety of progressive leadership roles, including case management, program management and executive leadership. I care deeply about supporting people, building programs, improving family and community supports and transforming systems to deliver anti-racist and equitable outcomes. Prior to joining Butler, I had the honor of serving as the deputy executive director of the City and County of Denver’s Department of Housing Stability, following roles at Denver Human Services and with nonprofit housing programs that supported families experiencing homelessness from two-generation approaches. I truly love helping people thrive in their careers, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to support the Butler team as we improve systems (and the lives of the families and children they serve) together!
