360 Leadership Assessment and Feedback

The Butler Institute 360 team supports child welfare and other human services agencies that offer leadership academies for supervisors and managers. We conduct 360° assessments that gather participants’ self-perceptions of their leadership skills and the perceptions of those with whom they work closely (such as their direct reports, supervisor, and peers). The Butler team provides individualized feedback that participants can use to enhance their leadership skills as they participate in the leadership academy.
