CCSI - Onondaga County, NY, ACCESS Training

Goal: The goal of this training is to equip staff with the strategies and tools they need in order to do this important prevention work in a way that empowers families to make good decisions and plans for the safety, stability, and wellbeing of their children.

Butler Institute for Families has partnered with the ACCESS Program in Onondaga County, New York to provide training on Family Led Prevention Services to their prevention and early intervention staff. ACCESS Staff provides assessment, planning, and referrals for children and youth (ages 5 through 21 years old) in Onondaga County with emotional and behavioral challenges, and provides assistance with school attendance concerns. The goal of this training is to equip staff with the strategies and tools they need in order to do this important prevention work in a way empowers families to make good decisions and plans for the safety, stability and wellbeing of their children.
