Project Colorado Opioid Synergy – Larimer and Weld (CO-SLAW)
Determine biopsychosocial outcomes of patients with opioid use disorder enrolled in an integrated network of primary and behavioral healthcare providers
This project focuses on a phased approach to a northern Colorado Hub & Spoke model of addiction treatment. Through this enhanced network of care, the project will increase the delivery of MAT for OUD to a minimum of 350 newly engaged persons in northern Colorado, reducing the treatment gap by 10% over the three-year funding period. Butler Institute for Families will provide a comprehensive process and outcomes evaluation to measure treatment outcomes including reduction in use and improved psychosocial functioning.
