Project Colorado Opioid Synergy – Larimer and Weld (CO-SLAW)
Goal: To expand and enhance access to medication-assisted treatment for people with opioid use disorder in Colorado’s Larimer and Weld counties
Focused on developing a center of excellence for substance use disorders, this enhanced network of care increases the delivery of medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder in northern Colorado. As a result of this work, the treatment gap will decrease by 10% over the three-year funding period. We are providing a comprehensive process and outcomes evaluation to measure treatment outcomes, including reduction in use and improved psychosocial functioning.
