Goal: Assessing Virginia’s Department of Social Services, Department of Family Services, training system.

Butler partnered with the Virginia Department of Social Services, Division of Family Services to assess training development and delivery to inform recommendations to improve the Virginia training system. This assessment included a fact-finding tour in all the regions of Virginia and a national scan to understand training practices throughout the state and the nation.
