Goal: To support the development of leadership skills for Cheyenne Wyoming Department of Family Services' management thus improving outcomes for children and families.

Butler is partnering with Wyoming Department of Family Services to assist with supporting leadership in the Cheyenne office. The project uses a multi-modal approach using classroom experiences, one-on-one coaching, and learning circles in order to improve organizational functioning, job satisfaction, and retention with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for children and families.
