We look forward to meeting you at Experience Day on April 10 from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. MDT. Experience Day is a great opportunity to get to know the people who will support, encourage and inspire you on your social work career journey.
Experience Day Scholarship
We are offering a one-time $1,000 Experience Day Scholarship to all full-time Denver Campus MSW admitted students who attend Experience Day and submit their deposit between February 1, 2026 and April 15, 2026.
To qualify for the scholarship, you must
- Submit your deposit by April 15, 2026
- Attend Experience Day
- Be a full-time student
- Be enrolled for the Summer or Fall 2026 start
Students who deferred from a previous start term, use their VA benefits, are a DU employee or are receiving the early deposit scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship. This Experience Day scholarship is in addition to the merit scholarship award.

Additional Experience Day Opportunities
Graduate Student Resource Fair — Office of Graduate Education
From 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on April 10, the Office of Graduate Education is providing lunch and a resource fair for all admitted graduate students across campus. The resource fair, located at Community Commons 1700, will allow you to get to know campus resources such as the Health & Counseling Center, Student Disability Services, and more. Registration is not required for this event.
GSSW Social Event
From 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Craig Hall, we invite you and your guests to a causal time to mingle and chat with representatives from student organizations, admissions ambassadors, and GSSW faculty and staff.
